This year, we not only made an effort to clean up our diets but we became picky about the kind of beauty products we use. We have found great foundations (Pur Minerals), blush (Dr. Hauschka and Ecco Bella), mascara (Zuzu luxe), shampoo (john masters organics,) and lipstick (Bare Minerals and Peace Keeper) but were not thrilled with the nail polish offerings (fuchsia with chunk sof glitter has never really been our thing.) We were thrilled to discover that the Indigo-run Pistachio stores (love!) were selling Butter nail polish which wears like a salon polish but lacks the toxicity. We love the nail polish remover which smells a little like baby powder, Come to Bed Red on our toes, and the nail foundation on our fingers. Butter is, as the kids say, butter!
